Jason Williams is the owner of Custom Fit Colorado. He has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2006 and has worked with over 200 clients and completed over 10,000 sessions over the last decade.
He earned his bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa while also competing in both football and track and field for 4 years while at Cornell College. In addition to his degree, he holds several national certifications in personal training and nutrition including:

He created Custom Fit Colorado with the ultimate goal of being able to add value to as many people's lives as possible through world class coaching programs and accountability. He works daily with clients in his studio in Centennial and also in-home with clients throughout the Denver metro area. He also works with clients all over the world through online coaching programs.
He lives in Denver, CO with his wife Bridgid and their son Oliver.
Megan McWilliams is a certified personal trainer. She believes there has always been an obsession with how we all "should" look, or what size we "should" be. Constantly comparing our progress (or lack of) with those around us and defining happiness based on this twisted mindset. Being healthy does not equal being "skinny" or having abs. Being happy is not found in a certain size. Feeling beautiful is not gauged by comparison of any other person.
She believes that we are 100% in control of our health & happiness. We all have the same ability to feel amazing inside and out. If this is something you struggle with, that is exactly where she comes in.
